Mindfulness and meditation can help us to navigate life's struggles with great resilience, awareness, and self-compassion. This group will explore how mindfulness and meditation can be incorporated to address issues related to stress, anxiety, relationships, and to enhance psychological well-being, resilience, and autonomy. Group members will have the opportunity to process and share feelings, how they relate to one another and in relationships, and explore and reflect on their experiences in the here and now in a safe and supportive environment.
