Managing Anxiety

Many people feel anxious or stressed about anything and everything. While a certain amount of stress can be useful, there are times when it becomes very disruptive to our lives. Managing Anxiety is a skills group with the goal being to learn strategies that can help to reduce anxiety. We will identify unhelpful thinking as well as triggers associated with your anxiety. The group will also focus on building skills that you can integrate into your daily life.
