Inner Peace Workshop Series

Day/Time: Thursdays 12:30 - 1:15 pm, Kenyon Dance Studio III

Manage stress and face difficult experiences with more compassion, awareness and ease.

Join us for these drop-in workshops to practice ways of turning toward your experiences with curiosity, openness, and kindness as we explore practices such as meditation, visualization, and breathing. You may attend as many weekly workshops as your schedule allows throughout the semester.

You are welcome to wear comfortable clothing, or just come as you are. All props (meditation cushions or chairs) will be provided.
