Lisa Reticker, Psychological Counselor
Lisa Reticker, LMSW, a licensed clinical social worker, is the Training Director at the Vassar College Counseling Service. She graduated from Boston University, received her MSSW from the University of Wisconsin and has post-graduate training in Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin. Prior to coming to Vassar College in 1999, Ms. Reticker was in private practice in Wilmington, Delaware. She also worked in community health and mental health settings where she provided therapy to individuals, groups and families. Her experience includes work with individuals with sexual abuse issues and with families formed by adoption. In addition, she has extensive experience working in medical settings, including Women's Health Care and Hospice. Her interest in grief and loss issues continues by facilitating the Grief and Loss Group. Ms. Reticker is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
