Jeremy J. Eggleston
Jeremy earned his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University before obtaining his Master’s in Theology and Depth Psychology from Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York. He continued to obtain another Masters and Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Fordham University. Dr. Eggleston completed his pre-doctoral internship at Bellevue Hospital/NYU School of Medicine while completing specialized rotations in both the Inpatient and Outpatient Chemical Dependency Units. He also worked as a Staff Therapist at The Gay Men’s Health Crisis (GMHC) in NYC for over three years. Dr. Eggleston has completed extensive specialized training in Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction and Motivational Enhancement Therapies, as well as Relational Psychodynamic therapy. His professional interests include LGBT-related issues and concerns, identity formation and co-creation, substance use, and spirituality/religiosity. Dr. Eggleston works within diverse theoretical frameworks, helping students identify and overcome relational barriers while exploring the multi-layered and intertwined aspects of their identities.
