Quieting the Anxious Mind and Body
Facilitator: Jennica Laine-Formisano, Psy.D.
This is a group for students who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and difficulty with stress management. Through a combination of structured activities and sharing of ideas and support among group members, students will learn about the nature of anxiety and the different ways in which it affects us. Students will also learn coping skills to reduce anxiety, decrease stress levels, and improve overall emotional well-being.
